Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
